The Pioneer Years
Our history begins in 2000, when managing director Adam Kaufhold completed his Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics with the University of Canberra. Adam develops a personalised delivery strategy in the ACT commercial construction market, founding what was to become one of the most efficient construction companies in Canberra. After selling his share in a successful and diversified company in 2012 Adam quickly moved to re-enter the sector in what mirrored his founding vision. During this period cities grow and heavy construction on the eastern coast of Australia brings down construction costs and time frames, spurring a surge in local development.
Word of Mouth
It didn’t take long for word to get around that there was a new construction management company in the capitol, with new projects flooding in, Ubercon was forced to expand taking on new and talented people and extending their reach to industrial and light economic sectors including air travel infrastructure and multifaceted commercial sectors. From 2014 Ubercon undertook several retail/hospitality projects increasing their strength in the detail and budget focused industry. In 2016 Ubercon invested substantial time and efforts in tendering complex security orientated works in Melbourne, securing their foothold in the Victorian state.
Expanding the Reach
In 2017, Ubercon directs focus to project management as the market is in need of technically proficient and contract savvy client-side project managers. Ubercon secures a number of key Federal Government contracts and delivers on those contracts with flying colours. The growth and specialist capability continues…
